whether in or out of school.
Self - review
will help identify any training needs, it is used more since the role
of the TA has developed. Since the introduction to PPA and HLTA. Many
tools are used here is an example
of one I am just about to put into my schools to help Head Teachers identify
which of the HLTA Standards they are meeting.
From here the Head
can then decide what needs to be done for the TA to meet all the standards.
Or it can be used just to develop a picture of where the TAs are at

When collating
evidence
Many courses Teaching Assistants attend they don't receive
any accreditation or certificates of attendance.
If you use
the attached form you can ask any tutor to summaries the course, date
and sign. This will then be a piece of evidence to prove you have completed
some particular training.
