Do you want to improve your own Literacy Skills

Grammatical Knowledge for teachers/Teaching Assistants unpacks the 'chunks' that make up sentences. Five concise self-study modules review key grammatical concepts. This training is appropriate for all teachers who wish to improve their grammatical knowledge or to consolidate recent training.

Each module lasts no more than 15 minutes and delivers the pertinent points through animation and attractive graphics. Summaries and a glossary of terms are also included.

Who are these training materials for?
This online training is appropriate for all teachers/Teaching Assistants who wish to improve their grammatical knowledge. It can be used to update your understanding of contemporary grammatical terminology, to consolidate training you may have received, or as a preparation for teaching grammatical awareness, punctuation and writing during the Literacy Hour.
